SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods and Rates

Our products are typically shipped via the USPS or UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes.

APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, please allow 6 to 8 business days for delivery.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (no PO Box/APO/FPO addresses), plus an additional surcharge will be applied; please allow 6 to 8 business days for delivery.

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time (with the exception of APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. territories).

Standard Shipping Charges

Free priority shipping on all orders over $75.00, otherwise our Standard Shipping charge is $15

*Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing and shipping of an order.

Holiday Shippng Deadlines

Christmas — Receive your gifts by Monday, December 24th.

  • Orders must be placed by December 15th

Shipping Confirmation

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At KINE Beauty, we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your KINE Beauty purchase, simply return it by following the steps below.

  • On the packing slip that accompanied your order, fill in the Return Form for each item you wish to return.

  • Detach and enclose the Return Form, along with the product(s) you are returning and place it inside the box.

  • Using the pre-printed Return Label on the front of the packing slip, adhere it to the return package.

  • We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.

  • Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.

If you are unsatisfied with one of our products, you may exchange or return it within 45 days of purchase with your original receipt. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Return shipping and handling are not included in refunds.
